Organizování v managementu je velice důležité, je v něm mnoho věcí, které mnoho lidí ani nezná. Pojďme se na to tedy podívat.

Co vlastně organizování v managementu je? Je to proces, který upravuje průběh opakovaných činností a vnitřní uspořádání podniku. Existuje určitý postup organizace: A) vytvoření organizačních útvarů – zde je rozdělení podniku na určité části (dělba práce, pracovníci atd.), B) propojení organizačních útvarů – zde začíná vznikat organizační struktura podniku, organizační útvar řídí sám manažer, vzniká tu centralizované i decentralizované řízení.

Co je vlastně ta organizační struktura, kterou jsem již nahoře zmínila? Je to vlastně vnitřní uspořádání podniku. Graficky ji znázorní a najdeme tam organizační schéma. Najdete tam, kdo koho řídí, kdo dělá jakou funkci a popřípadě jména. Máme dva typy organizační struktury: A) organizační struktury podle organizování činností – a) úseková struktura (úseky, oddělení a obory), b) výrobková struktura (řízení činností podle jednotlivých výrobků), B) organizační struktury podle rozdělování pravomoci a odpovědnosti – a) liniová struktura (to znamená, že každý zaměstnanec má jednoho nadřízeného a ten mu dává příkazy, výhody: je tam přesně dána podřízenost a nadřízenost a jednotnost řízení, nevýhody: vysoké nároky na vedoucího), b) liniově štábní struktura (štábní pracovníci zpracovávají a poskytují informace, nesmí vydávat příkazy, patří sem sekretářky, právníci a IT, výhody: zvýšení kvality řízení, ulehčení práce liniovým vedoucím, nevýhody: nárůst štábů a neformální obcházení), c) funkcionální struktura (zde má podřízený mnoho nadřízených podle jednotlivých oborů činnosti – výroba, prodej .., výhody: specializace práce a vyšší kvalifikovanost řízení, nevýhody: je zde nejednotnost příkazů a vedení), d) maticová struktura (je dočasná – řeší se zde více projektů souběžně, všichni jsou si v týmu rovni, je zde více nadřízených).
